RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you paid via check, we will send a check for the amount of the refund based less the restocking charges.
The following items cannot be returned: ● Custom Camera Poles ● Hinged Camera Poles ● Custom Brackets ● Any product with custom finish. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note; A 25% to 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Please follow the instructions below
1) You contact us within 10 days of receipt of shipment
2) You obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from one of our customer care team members
3) Your products are in New Condition as they were shipped. We will charge you a 25 % restocking fee for camera poles that are up to 18ft and not hinged to cover the repacking, restocking, and inspection costs. Hinged poles and poles over 20ft have a stocking fee of 50%. You will be responsible for paying the return shipment i.e. we will not pay for return shipment. Goods must be securely packaged to reach us without damage. You will be refunded for the return less the Restocking Fee, within 10 days of us receiving and inspection of the goods that are being returned
